Return & Refund Policy

 

To be eligible for a refund that for a functioning item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We accept returns for cartridges for the lifetime of all MTI toner cartridges. For a return to be initiated, call or Email Us with your order number and contact information. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue the refund.


Printers have a 90-day warranty and returns will be issued as soon as we receive the item and all included parts and accessories. Please package your printer in the same manner as it was received, with protective packaging and overbox.


Several types of items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept used products, certain sale or open box items, or products not protected adequately and damaged in transit. In certain situations only partial refunds are granted.

Replacements

We are happy to send a replacement for malfunctioning MICR cartridges. 


Call our Customer Care line at (562) 900-2964 or Email Us with your order number and current address so that we may speedily ship out your replacement.
